The features and advantages

The handwheel is made of malleable iron, shape with the hand, and appropriately increase friction, is easy to open. It can also choose impact handwheel.
Stem nut uses high nickel ductile iron, "T"-shaped thread and the stem pass moments together.
There are thrust ball bearings and oil cup in the bonnet, it can add solid lubricant regularly, reduce the hoisting torque, maintain open and close easily. Packing gland and sleeve are designed separately to ensure the concentricity of the stem.
The design of stuffing box is reasonable. Using the combination of knitting graphite, flexible graphite packing and the middle packing sleeve, to ensure the valve without external leakage and in line with environmental requirements.
The connection of body and bonnet uses pressure seal self-tight structure, wedge-shaped sealing ring and four open-loop combination. the higher pressure , the more reliable seal.
The stem top is whole forged, connects disc through “T”-groove, ensure the intensity.
Seat uses welding structure, and the sealing face is welded by carbide alloy, which ensure safe and reliable to work long time.
Disc adopts cast steel disc and flexible disc. It has a certain flexible compensation in the high pressure operating conditions, amd makes the seal more reliable.

Easy torque transmission structure

The impact handwheel or handwheel transmits the torque to stem through the stem nut. The stem is forged and quenched and tempering treated by A182F6 (1Cr13), and the hardness to HB220 ~ 250. In order to reduce power losses in the transmission process, stem nut uses high nickel ductile iron A439GR.D2 or copper alloy (high nickel ductile iron with a certain degree of self-lubrication), whose hardness is about HB50 smaller than the stem.
The thrust bearings can be added in the upper and lower stem nut of the Large-caliber, high-pressure valve. Meanwhile it has the oil cup structure, in which we can add solid fats, to maintain lubrication, so that the valve always has less torque.

Self-tight pressure sealing structure

The valve packing adopts the combination of knitting graphite, flexible graphite packing and the middle packing sleeve. It has a good sealing performance and a certain intensity to ensure the valve without external leakage and in line with environmental requirements.
The connection of body and bonnet uses pressure seal self-tight structure, wedge-shaped sealing ring( mild steel or stainless steel) and four open-loop combination. The corresponding body parts are hard surfacing and tight, forcing sealing ring to achieve a reliable seal in the high temperature. The higher pressure, the more reliable seal.

Whole forged stem top

Pressure self-tight seal gate valve is suitable for high temperature, high pressure conditions, but due to medium temperature instability, it may lead to a certain degree of temperature, and the disc may clamp easily. The tensile strength of whole forged stem top is high, and increasing tension when disc is clamping will not make the top fracture, and will not cause the consequence that the disc does not work because of falling into the body.

Whole forged flexible disc, welding seat

The disc is whole-forged. Through the mechanical processing, it forms a unique structural flexible disc. The disc has good strength, and a certain degree of flexibility, and has its obvious advantages in the more complex operating conditions. The disc is hard and tight butt welding. The sealing face has a certain degree of wear allowance in the factory, after a period of using time,the sealing face is wear and tear, the disc declines naturally but still full contact with the seat sealing face to ensure the valve’s normal use.
Seat is welded, uses the suitable welding rod or wire, through heat treatment before welding and after welding, they can be directly welded to the body, in order to achieve the replacement of the valve seat.
